Our hosting provider processes routine technical data, such as page requests, time and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Visitor counts come from a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data, and the site does not use social media pixels.

Purpose

Requests are used to connect you with an independent concrete contractor in the Lubbock area and to follow up if a request was not answered. We do not use them for advertising.

The site uses a hosting and content delivery service and a form delivery service. They process data for us only to provide those services.

Keeping and deleting data

Requests are kept while they are useful for the job and follow-up, then deleted. Server logs are retained briefly for security purposes.

Keeping it safe

The site uses HTTPS and access to requests is limited. We take reasonable precautions, though no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We will answer privacy requests within a reasonable time and confirm when information has been deleted.

Your choices

Email the address on the contact page to see, correct or delete what you sent. If you want no further contact about a request, tell us or the contractor and it will stop.

Children

This service is for adults arranging work on property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
